Overview
PropertyPress gives a developer a website that reads as considered, premium, and credible — a graphite-and-bronze palette, editorial headlines, and a developments portfolio with status, amenities, and floor-plan concepts, with none of the crane-silhouette clichés. A hybrid Gutenberg theme, not a page-builder starter.
Everything a developer needs is modeled in native WordPress: developments (planning through selling), property types, what-we-do disciplines, leadership, and news as first-class content types with shared taxonomies — no ACF, no Elementor, no third-party form plugin.
Registering interest is the emphasized path, backed by a native validated form; a governed construction-milestones page fails closed — a milestone only shows verified with a source and reviewer, and explicitly makes no delivery commitment.
Native interest registration
The emphasized path — real validation, an error summary, and a success state, with a purchaser portal for existing buyers.
Governed milestones
Construction milestones fail closed — verified only with source and reviewer, and never presented as delivery commitments.
No performance claims
News and investor updates carry no return or performance promises — credibility through restraint.
Self-hosted fonts
Newsreader, Source Sans 3, and IBM Plex Mono served locally — zero Google-CDN calls, GDPR-friendly.
Accessible & translation-ready
WCAG 2.2 AA intent throughout, every string internationalized, escaped output and sanitized input.
