Overview
SolarPress gives a solar installer a website that reads as clean, confident, and credible — a teal-blue-and-solar-gold palette, editorial headlines, and a governed incentives section that keeps rebates honest, with none of the stock-panel clichés. A hybrid Gutenberg theme, not a page-builder starter.
Everything an installer needs is modeled in native WordPress: solutions, sectors, team, resources, and projects as first-class content types with shared taxonomies — no ACF, no Elementor, no third-party form plugin.
Getting a free assessment is the emphasized path, and a governed incentives & rebates page fails closed — a program only shows verified when its source and reviewer are present, so incentives are never overstated (a real risk in solar sales).
Free-assessment request
The emphasized path — an assessment form with real validation, an error summary, and a success state.
Governed incentives
A rebate or program only shows verified when its source and reviewer are present. No invented savings figures.
Claim-safe by design
No guaranteed savings, payback, or production figures presented as real — all governed or illustrative.
Self-hosted fonts
Newsreader, Source Sans 3, and IBM Plex Mono served locally — zero Google-CDN calls, GDPR-friendly.
Accessible & translation-ready
WCAG 2.2 AA intent throughout, every string internationalized, escaped output and sanitized input.
